About me? Hhhmmm?! Write a few paragraphs about myself that makes me appear to be this really cool guy that is super creative, funny, and talented. HHHmmmm?!

Nope, can’t do it. I’m just a guy who takes pictures. I’m not funny. I’m not creative.  And as for that talent thing, I ain’t got none. Nope, not a bit of it. I’m actually kind of stupid. Not that bright, and a bit dull actually.

One thing I have come to realize over the years is that the world is sometimes much too serious to take so darn seriously. So I spend much of my time poking fun at myself and the world around me. Hey, I’m just trying to pay attention. Trying to interpret. Trying to see the nature of my world.

I’ve spent most of my life in the arts, with a long stint as the Lighting Designer and Technical Director for a theater company, while also working as a Graphic Designer for an Ad Agency. I studied stage lighting, acting, performance, design, and have placed it all in what I do as a photographer. My photography is more than just art.  It is my life expressed as art.
